The Chemistry for our Future (CFOF) programme has successfully secured an additional £1.65m of funding from the Higher Education Funding Council for England to extend the programme until July 2009.
The aims of the CFOF programme are to help ensure that there is a sustainable chemical science base within higher education which will attract able students from all backgrounds and provide chemical science courses appropriate for students and employers in the 21st Century.
Chemistry for our Future will continue to build on the successes from the two year pilot phase and develop new activities to continue to meet the programme's aims.
